clean room spacious room convenient location
The rooms were clean and spacious. The smart toilet was a NICE addition. The location is convenient, close to excellent restaurants and the waterfront.
The elevator operations created an intense vibration through the walls, impacting sleep quality.

The staff were attentive and the messaging system was particularly helpful, I received reminder texts and quick responses to all my questions. It was REALLY useful. Housekeeping did an excellent job. My room was super clean.

The hotel's restaurant offered a good selection, I liked the convenience of having A&W burger, Starbucks, and a pizza place right next to the hotel. Very practical. I tried the pho, it was amazing!!!

waterfront location easy exploration heated seat helpful staff
i loved the hotel's proximity to the waterfront. The location made exploring the area very easy. The room had a japanese style toilet with heated seats which was really great.. The supermarket across the street was very convenient. Plus, the staff were always available and ready to help.
i found the parking fee a bit expensive. valet parking was the only option available.

the location near the harbor felt great. i enjoyed a beer at the restaurant, a pleasant experience. the room had a japanese style toilet with heated seat. other amenities was excellent.

The location was accessible to the downtown area. The staff allowed early check-in. The room was very clean with the exception of the sink. Beds and bedding was excellent.
I think the hotel is very expensive for the kind of services it provides. The pool and fitness area are super basic.

my premium king room view offered ocean views. The room included a heated toilet seat, which i found AMAZING. I appreciated the hotel phoning a taxi for me when i needed to board my cruise ship. i found ongoing communication via text messages to be an excellent touch.
the elevators WERE a little noisy.

i found the room spacious. also, it was bright. the bed felt very big and comfortable. i liked that the bathroom was super clean, i loved the fancy toilet. the hotel's location is convenient for walking around, i easily reached several attractions.
the elevator operations were loud. i could hear the spooling cableswith an intense vibration through the walls.

convenient water rooftop hot tub comfortable bed
The hotel gym was fully stocked. it included fresh towels always available and a filtered water system , made workouts so convenient! the rooftop hot tub and pool were lovely. spending an evening under the stars up there was a highlight of my stay, the maid service is top notch. our room was super clean every single day, and the beds were comfortable. adjusting the temperature was simple and always just right. Blowdryers even come with the bathrooms, so convenient.
i found that i could hear everything in the hallway outside our door clearly. it was an upper level floor!
